Day 0.x

Interestingly this new OS, Linux Ubuntu is yet not disappointing. It jus keeps pleasing me as I keep diggin in. Well thats true for pretty much everything in life isn't it? Jus that a mug like me is jus too lazy to get on with the dig. Funny, I am listening to this track 'Lonely Bridgewater' and it says hold on. Yes hold on, onto what I dunno..but!never mind.

Anyways, yeah wasnt the day1 it was supposed to be today cuz I, as usual, over-slept, missed the first day of workout and ended up late to work. But I am still chilling out. As palan, todays therez no load on me. He is my roomie. Work was good. Did all that I was supposed to do, didn leave anything for later. Dad always told me not to leave anything for later, get it done. Always thought it was gyan. But now I know that too. Wish I could replay all the gyan he offered. Would have been nice. The trouble is that parents/ teachers/ elders in general (mostly) share their wisdom in this preaching kinda way. That makes it boring, sometimes beyond.

Anyways, my conviction is building up alright. You gotta look at their faces when I tell them I am looking at 8% body fat. You know that look.. 'WHAT!!' Anurag gave me that look, so did the girl at VLCC when I went for my BCA test. Yeah, Shuchi thought I am being flirtatious with her but I really wasn't. She is my ex-roomies girl. I can actually charm given the right mindset. What the heck, when you are in shape you can always have the right mindset. A good shape gives you that confidence. The funny thing playing in the back of your mind that you are looking funny doesn't bother you anymore.

'When I mentioned about Dynamic Nutrition and Workout plan (my mistake, I should have explained to you then only) I meant a plan which keeps on changing at some regular intervals according to the short term goals which we'll set for you.
So as per the results we are hoping to achieve I will tweak the diet and workout intensity. Entire idea is to add the element of surprise for your body so that you are not getting comfortable with any particular schedule and stop responding to it.
In a nutshell, we will make small improvements and celebrate them too.

Ok. In a nutshell that sounds 'trouble'.
So I sleep today with another promise to wake up early tomorrow. And the promise will be fulfilled for sure, soon.
